Collaboration

Children learn fine motor skills in the process of using tools and materials. They explore colors and shared a rich vocabulary through out the lesson. Learning was an active collaborative process. Students developed critical thinking skills through observation and interpreting the information as they painted.

Students discovered new things from each other.

“I’m making lightish pink and whitish blue. I love mixing colors”

“I put white on top, it surprised me.

I shared it with a friend. This color is space, it is camouflaged for aliens. I discovered that yellow and white make that color”.
